Okay, I'm way behind. My only excuses are schoolwork and Xbox 360 games, specifically Borderlands.
Anyways, like I said in the previous post, Kelly made Cincinnati chili using
this recipe. Since I have never been to Cincinnati before, I didn't really know what to expect. I knew that it had chocolate in it, as well as a ton of other spices, but that was about it. Was it going to be sweet? Spicy? When I asked questions, all I was told was that it was going to be a "gut bomb" and that it was going to be made "3-way" style. Okay...
When he started cooking, the entire apartment smelled like a cinnamon roll exploded in a pot of chili. It was strange. Eventually I was presented with a plate of spaghetti topped with chili and tons of cheese. He also gave me a bowl of oyster crackers. It was tasty. The spaghetti was a little weird at first, but I liked it. And the oyster crackers really added something to it, but I don't remember what! This is why I should post the same week that I ate the meal.
